At CGoal Educational Services, we strive to provide high-quality digital products, online classes, and study abroad services to our students and clients.

Refund & Return Policy — Digital Products

All digital products, including PDFs, toolkits, guides, webinars, online materials, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable and non-returnable once the payment is successfully completed and the product/access has been delivered to the client.

As these are digital products delivered instantly or through online access, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be applicable after delivery.

Refund Policy — Study Abroad Services

For Study Abroad Services, a 100% refund is applicable only if the service process has not been initiated within 10 working days from the date of payment.

Once the service has started, initiated, scheduled, or any consultation/guidance/documentation work has begun, the payment becomes non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy — Digital Products & Online Resources

As our digital products, online materials, PDFs, webinars, recordings, and downloadable resources are delivered immediately after successful payment, cancellations are not applicable once the product has been accessed or delivered to the client.

Cancellation Policy — Study Abroad Services

Cancellation of study abroad services may only be considered if the service process has not been initiated within 10 working days from the date of successful enrollment/payment.

Once the consultation, documentation, profile evaluation, application process, or any service-related work has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
